3. Pricing All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if a pricing error has occurred.

4. Orders & Payment By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout. Payment must be received in full before your order is processed and shipped.

5. Food Safety & Allergens Our products are made in a home kitchen that may contain common allergens, including but not limited to wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, and soy. Please review product descriptions carefully. Rose Cottage Creations is not liable for any allergic reactions resulting from the consumption of our products.

6. Refunds & Returns Due to the perishable nature of our food products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at rosecottagescents@yahoo.com with photos and your order number.

7. Shipping We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

8. Intellectual Property All content on rosecottagecreations.com, including images, text, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of Rose Cottage Creations and may not be reproduced without written permission.
