All sales are final.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, don't hesitate to get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email address] with a photo of the damaged item and your order number. We will make it right by offering a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Lost or Stolen Packages Rose Cottage Creations is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase.
