At Rose Cottage Creations, we carefully pack every handmade, small-batch order to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition. Please read our shipping policy below.
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-5 business days of receiving payment. During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Rates We ship within the United States using USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (where available)
Please note: delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high-volume periods.
Food Product Shipping Considerations: Our products are perishable handmade food items. To ensure freshness and quality:
- We recommend selecting expedited shipping during warm weather months
- We are not responsible for spoilage caused by shipping delays outside of our control
- Please ensure someone is available to receive your package promptly upon delivery
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.
Shipping Restrictions: We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
